The Doctor is in!

In this video we’ll use two exercises to test your weaknesses. Will you pass? Or will you fail? Either way, there’s 5 other strength and mobility exercises in this video for you to check out and try.

An apple a day keeps the Doctor away, but 3 sets of 30 seconds of handstand line drills every day has minimal effect on the frequency of Doctor visits, but will definitely help your handstand.
